dusk

 

 

dusk falls

and

midnight blossoms

light

the gloom

 

 

when all is still

 

 

when all is still

and the wood is silent

i tie them

to the boughs and branches

bury them deep

beneath the frozen ground

drown them in deep black waters

just

waiting

for spring

to loose

the bonds

and set my dreams free
