Our meeting place at the end of our photo-shoot is a fantastic pub called, 'The Ruin'. Based on Budapest bar-culture it's a Grade II listed building in Floodgate Street, Digbeth. There's an interesting article about 'The Ruin' in the Birmingham Post.
The bar-manager is very hospitable and even takes us on a tour of the pub at the end of the evening.
If you haven't been to The Ruin yet I would thoroughly recommend a visit!
