My son's a life-long supporter of Aston Villa. He's also learning disabled.
We went to see our team take on Wigan in the Carabao Cup earlier this week. We won 4:1, but for my son the excitement began even before kick-off.
John Terry, the newly installed Villa captain was sitting this one out, but he still took time to say hello to fans and sign their programs. My son was one of the lucky ones. He may have asked in stumbling words for an autograph, but John understood and duly signed.
My son was just so proud, as you can see below!
