texture and form

I adore the atmosphere black and white photography delivers.

These pictures were all taken within a twenty minute period on a bright summer's day at a National Trust property. I set myself the goal of exploring different textures and form.

Black and white makes me think, makes me construct stories in my head.  What stories come to your mind?

a story...

A mysterious, old film camera buried deep in a pile of leaves yields its treasure. A jumble of black and white photos which juxtapose...

a passing semblance

an old grave

a domed building

scattered debris

shadowy trees

 a murder of crows

the letter, 'L' daubed on bark

But what might their story tell?
