A stitch in time ...
A stitch in time draws cold seconds betwixt the swaying needle. All thoughts and laughter and stare-eyed evenings spent in pricked-finger solace.
See the ferns sway. Cool, black sharp call and a mine is sunk deep, following the shaft. Stamped indelibly and gathered together.
This is time switched.
